Understanding the process for local businesses to become council suppliers
We believed local businesses (our users) may have had difficulties using our Dynamic Purchasing System to supply goods and services to the council. We wanted to understand what difficulties (if any) users have using our system and what users may need in order to make the process easier.

Booking free or low cost meeting spaces
We carried out some research to explore the idea of enabling council-owned rooms to be made available and booked at low cost. We wanted to understand if residents and community groups can access the spaces they need to meet and develop. The project was suspended due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
